3. Is the mattress easy to inflate and deflate?
Yes! It comes with an electric or manual air pump (depending on the variant), allowing you to inflate or deflate it within 2–5 minutes.
4. Can I use this mattress outside the car as well?
Yes, it can also be used in tents or directly on flat ground, though it’s primarily shaped for vehicle interiors.
5. How thick is the mattress? Will I feel the car floor?
Our mattresses are 8–12 cm thick (depending on the model), providing enough cushioning to block out uneven surfaces and car floor gaps.
6. Is the mattress waterproof?
Yes, it's made from waterproof PVC or Oxford fabric, so it's suitable for damp conditions. However, we always recommend airing it out after each trip.
7. Can two people sleep on it comfortably?
Absolutely. Our standard size fits two adults comfortably. For solo campers, it feels extra spacious.
8. How small does it pack down?
The mattress deflates into a compact roll (about 50 x 30 cm), making it easy to store in your trunk or garage when not in use.
9. Is this mattress suitable for winter or cold nights?
The mattress provides insulation from the cold car floor, but we recommend pairing it with a warm sleeping bag or blanket for winter use.
10. What’s the weight limit of the mattress?
Our mattress supports up to 250–300 kg, depending on the model. It's suitable for couples or solo sleepers with gear.
11. How long will shipping take to my country?
Standard shipping to most European countries (including the UK and Switzerland) takes 7–14 days. You’ll receive a tracking number within 48 hours.
12. Do you offer returns if it doesn’t fit my car?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. Just make sure the product is unused and in original packaging. Contact our support to start the process.
13. Is there a warranty?
Yes, each mattress comes with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
